Default Hacked and need Help

Hey guys i was recently hacked by an automated hacking device, i did waht every person does and contacted support after an email conversation i finally got the information i needed. it appears that after buying something of the web store your account becomes linked with the a nc soft master account. the support peeps were very helpful and reset the nc soft password and also gave me my login details. apparently my gw account was shutdown after being hacked to prevent further damgae. the gm told me tht i should just login into the nc soft account and change my password.
My problem is that i cant access my nc soft master account becasue it has been permnaently blocked. after trying several times icontacted support again it has been 2 days and still no reply what should i do?

If your PlayNC Master Account has been permanently blocked, then that means the person who 'hacked' you harrassed Support (or something along the lines of pissing them off). I recommend making a new PlayNC account and contacting SUpport through that one and explain to them what's going on.


Support blocking a PlayNC account is not something I haven't heard before-- it's probably the 3rd or 4th time it's been brought up that I've noticed.

My PlayNC account was blocked together with the Game Account when I was banned in error for payment fraud.
